“Pros: Easy to use website, for a 1st time sign buyer. Very reasonable prices. Good templates to choose, and easy to revise. Cons: Not easy to see shipping costs until you purchase. The website did not save my preliminary designs in the shopping cart as I thought it would (the way that Amazon keeps stuff in your shopping cart indefinitely). The website was not working right and I finally called them. They confirmed website difficulties, which were fixed within a day. They then had another problem which delayed shipment. They voluntarily refunded my full shipping costs, and the signs arrived on the newly scheduled date, which was fortunately well before my deadline to have them. My final cost was therefore a great bargain.”
