“You had by far more problems with our art than any other vendor. Yard sign border printed salmon pink, not the color of red specified in the art. H stake solder welds are low quality and easy to break. You delivered on time, though. I have already placed my first reorder with another vendor.”
“No where in the ad does it indicate that the wire stakes must be purchased separately. I had to pay 2x for shipping as well as wait until the stakes arrived. The yard sign it self is useless without the stakes.
The ad needs to be more clear of what to expect.”
