“I haven't seen them yet. I scheduled a business trip to West Palm Beach FL from Dallas TX. These signs were a very important part of this trip. According to the invoicing from your company the signs were promised by September 30th. I waited in Dallas till almost 2 full days longer anticipating what I assumed was a delayed shipping for whatever reason. However, this delay caused me a superlative amount of unnecessary stress and ultimately eliminated my being able to execute dispensing them. My neighbor/friend informed me they came in a few hours after I left. This was frustrating and costly to me. I almost would like to request a complete refund of the payment but let me know what you can do.”
