“Specific instructions were given as to the placement of grommets on my realtor for sale sign. In order to line up properly with the sign post, the holes needed to be 2 to 4 inches from the edge. Despite giving these Instructions in writing, verbally and paying extra for the customization, they placed the grommets at the signs edge making them unusable. They made this mistake not once but back to back on 2 orders. I am moving in to another company.. management was to return my cal but has not”
