“I wouldn't ordinarily leave a 1 star review- everything else Signs on the Cheap has done have been great, and typically their customer service is good as well. However, this banner that was ordered for my daughter's wedding arrived with what appeared to be inky fingerprints on it, as well as "ghosting" where the not fully dry ink was folded on top of itself and left a light mirrored image of the print on what should have been pure white fabric. I immediately reached out to cutomer service sharing my experience, and they responded- requesting I send photos of the item and the packaging- so they could help remedy the situation. I sent my the photos the next morning, but now, four days later, I've received no further communication from them other than to leave this review. Well, here you go. One star, and you earned it!”
