“I have not yet tried my slumberpod as my trip got cancelled, but the customer service I received was excellent. I ordered my pod far in advance for a trip I had planned. Somehow the fan arrived the week of my trip, but they mail carrier was unable to locate my slumberpod. Slumberpod got a new pod in the mail that same day and overnighted it to me so that I would have it for my upcoming trip. I’m excited to try it and think my little one will sleep well with it!”
