“I discovered the Slumberpod on Instagram. I thought it was a good idea but was hesitate to buy it because I am careful to not get sucked into buying all the many products that I get ads for on Instagram. But then I tried to share a room with my 13 month old on vacation. It was a gorgeous room, and she was supposed to sleep in her pack n play while slept in the bed. When she realized in the middle of the night that I was in the room with her, she refused to sleep. So I ended up sleeping on the couch in another room for the rest of the trip, while my baby got the beautiful room all to herself! That is when I decided to buy the Slumberpod. And it is the best thing ever. We got my daughter used to it by using it with her pack n play in her room. She slept better for bedtime and naps in the Slumberpod than in her crib! I kept saying, is it weird if we just use the Slumberpod from now on and get rid of her crib? It is impossible to get a room to be as dark as what the Slumberpod offers. We have now used it on 2 vacations and it has made a world of a difference! Not only did the baby sleep great on both trips, but I slept great! A well rested mama makes a huge difference on the overall tone of a trip! You guys are so smart for creating the Slumberpod! I highly recommended it! (An additional bonus- it takes less than 5 minutes to assembly and disassemble, and it easily fits in our luggage!).”
“Just went away this weekend and our baby slept great. She is used to a dark room with a noise machine. You can't always get that on vacations. Especially if you stay at someone's home without black out curtains. Nothing to fear for us with this slumberpod. Easy to put together and great for the baby and she slept just like she did at home! “Love the product overall. Our camera (nanit) doesn’t for well into the designated space. It also heats up in the camera pocket so we are unable to rely on the temperature read provided by the camera. Would be nice if the camera pocket was more universal and breathable. The fan is underwhelming, doesn’t seem to move or cool it down efficiently. Would also be nice if you could access the slumberpod from either side. However overall love the concept and little one took to it easily. Sleeps great inside. I just find myself constantly worrying about the temperature inside as it does heat up.”
“I've been wanting to purchase a Slumberpod for months but was on the fence since it is a pricier item (for my budget at least). I finally bought it during the Father's Day sale to use for our summer travels. I LOVE IT! I didn't get to practice setting it up or having my baby sleep in it before we left but the transition was seamless. It was easy to setup and will be even easier the next time I do it (I would recommend practicing once if you have time). And my baby slept GREAT in it. We opened up the ventilation so it wasn't completely blacked out - but my baby's room isn't completely blacked out so I think it provided her a familiar darkened but slightly visible sleep environment. It was so freeing not to worry about covering windows. I'm glad I invested in this and it will serve my family for years as we have more kids!!”
“My kid sleeps better in the dark. It’s just a fact. Trying to force her to sleep in a lit room doesn’t work well for anyone. This is the perfect solution. It’s super dark and the built in zippered slots for the fan and baby monitor are amazing. I set it up once ahead of time and thought it was an easy set up for every trip after that. My only complaint is that it takes quite a bit of work to get the nanit camera to pick up a good picture and not reflect the plastic (camera pouch is clear plastic) back into the camera. But overall I love it and won’t travel without it!”
