I am a light attendant so traveling runs in my blood, and having a baby wasn’t going to stop me! The first time we took the baby to my in-laws and I realized their bay windows are impossible to cover is when I knew there had to be something better out there. Since then, we’ve used Slumberpod for several trips and it is a lifesaver! It fits so small in a suitcase, is easy to put up, and keeps the baby in a nice dark cozy cove of love all night. She sleeps better, so we sleep better and there is nothing worse than a whole family running on no sleep. This is truly EXACTLY what we needed and I am so thankful we found it!

Needs plenty of space to put together and take down, but a total essential for travel!

We just did 4 nights in a hotel and let’s just say our previous 2 hotel stays with our 15mo old and we were questioning this trip. She was impossible to get to sleep and would wake up so easy. These last 4 nights were unbelievable, she fell asleep and seemed to sleep great. So grateful that we got it before the trip because it was a great family vacation.

Quite disappointed in my slumberpod right now. Went to set it up for the second ever use and the pole snapped. I leave for camping in 2 days so now I have to figure out how to make this expensive tent usable. The first time we used it my baby slept quite well in it so other than the cheap poles I did quite like it.

Everyone who has a baby and travels, or shares a room with their baby should have one of these. It is truly blackout. It is very easy to set up with one person, but you need a large-ish space to do it, otherwise it becomes tricky with the long poles. I was worried it would trap heat, but there are 3 air vents to open. Even with them closed it stays a comfortable temperature inside the slumberpod! My one issue is with the zippers. If our daughter happens to be asleep when I put her to bed it seems to wake her up when I close it. I wish there was an option to quickly secure a button on the top and sides.

We decided to invest in a Slumberpod after borrowing one from a friend. It is a game changer! We just did a month-long road trip with my one-year old son and it makes traveling with a little one so much easier! We didn't have to worry about covering windows or stashing our son away in a bedroom closet, or having to pay for accommodations with an extra bedroom. Set up and take down is super easy, and it rolls up into a small bag that is compact and transportable. The fan was one feature that I really appreciated in the end. We were traveling during a heat wave and some of our accommodations didn't have AC. Having the fan made me feel more at ease about my son not overheating. One minor issue is that the Slumberpod has a small pocket for cameras that has a plastic window. Even though it the pocket is designed for camera-use, ours would get very hot against the plastic (we have a Nanit camera that has a temperature monitor). We were able to get around this using a small mesh window at the top of the Slumberpod instead. Sometimes the mesh made it hard to see unless the camera was perfectly placed but it did the trick. But again, this is a very minor thing - overall the Slumberpod is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Thank you for investing in your own, Adrienne! We're so happy to hear you all are loving it! Please note that the monitor would read the inside of the pouch temperature and not inside the SlumberPod. Be sure you're reading your baby monitor warning labels and instruction manuals. We do know that most all monitors go through extensive safety testing to shut down should temperatures rise to levels that are unsafe. Also SlumberPod is tested and approved for indoor climate controlled areas only.
