Had a slight production smell which I'm sure would have dissipated if we'd set it up a few hours prior to bedtime and not 5 minutes before. “This product is awesome for keeping light out! I would say airflow could be improved. If you live in a house with central air there are no issues. But you are in a home with an air unit it can be harder to get the correct airflow into the slumber pod, it still works great though! Opening the airflow vents does let some light in so it makes it harder for babies who are used to complete pitch black if it’s daytime or lights are on. The pocket for the camera is awesome and works perfectly, the temp reads higher because the pocket it hotter than the pod but function wise perfect. I would recommend the next slumberpod model made to have more airflow vents on all sides not just 2 vents each on 2 sides. Air vents on all 4 sides would help, the long skirt vents at the bottom should go all the way around! Setup and takedown is super easy and can be done alone. Over all I am happy I made this purchase, very helpful for travel or even a night over at a babysitters house. I bought extra rods in case mine broke but I’ve put up and taken down the pod 5 times already with no issues!”
