“Bought two of these on Kickstarter, till this day the two biggest regrets when it comes to purchases in my life. I see now they’re being sold cheaper than what was an early bird price on Kickstarter. From the moment I received the fans it was clear I had been ripped off. The quality of the materials was awful. Instructions almost impossible to decider and printed in broken English, diagrams in instructions were of totally different fans. Later Carro sent links to updates instructions but by then I had already suffered through chore of figuring out how to install the fans. A few days after sporadic use they started fail. Customer service would send replacement parts but they expected me to repair them. One of the fans has completely stopped working (pictured) completely dead. After less than a year’s use, sporadically at that. Just look them up on Kickstarter and read all the comments from all their backers. Maybe now they’re producing a superior product to what early Kickstarter backers received. For what I paid for my two fans they should send me two new replacements since they’re far cheaper now.”

“Haven't yet installed this product although il have bought 5 of them thus far for our new home. The options vs price are unmatched to others of its size. I'm giving it 4 stars only due to not yet being installed.”

“This fan works great. Wifi features work great. I use it with google, no problems. App is good so far. No complaints.”
