“The frames fit as expected, the prescription is fine. But the transition coating simply does not work when temperatures go below 35F. This is not only annoying -when you go hiking in the sun and then it gets cloudy- but potentially dangerous if it gets dark.
I understand there are limits to what transition lenses can do, I understand reduced performance in the cold. But my lenses would not lighten up even when I put the glasses in my coat pocket for half an hour. If i had been outside at dusk things could get dangerous pretty quick. This wasn't in extreme temperatures, just regular cold weather.”
“The style looks nice and the prescription is spot on, but the fit is wonky. The arms are way too long, they have a narrow width, and don’t stay on my nose well. I wish I could have tried them on before buying.”
“The quality is really phenomenal.. unfortunately they are extremely small.. they are 54-17-145 which seems true.. unfortunately, the spring tensioned hinges pull towards your face extremely tight making them fit as snug as small size frames let alone medium or large(nowhere close to large). They are so tight it causes instant head pressure/ headache.. I've taken them to my optometrist who did her best to adjust them but was unable. She also affirmed that the size may be correct but fit extremely small because of the hinge design, she was shocked at how far and hard they pull towards face... I'm unable to wear my new glasses at all, try on before you buy.. buying a second pair because the first pair doesn't fit costs more than buying at a brick and mortar store.”
