“I've had Costas and Maui Jims with prescriptions. Along with spending way too much money, I stopped using them because the prescription was wrong and not above to be fixed. I have recently gotten a pair of Smith Riptides with prescription lenses and they are right on the money. Great glasses.”
“I bought progressive lenses but the transition to the near view on the lens was too high so it was blurry when I was looking straight forward. I had to lower my head so I was looking through a higher portion of the lens to see clearly. Smith said there was nothing they could do about it. So I had to return the sunglasses.”
“Fit and style is great, Have a high RX in one eye that they were able to do. Only knock I have is couldn't join the pro program since they do not consider corrections first responders”
“I like the frame and it fits me well. The bronze reflective lenses are nice, especially in bright conditions but an option for photochromic or transition would be ideal.”
