“Only docking a star if you have a high bridge on your nose! Mine made these glasses sit too high on my face, and pretty far from my face, which lets a TON of wind in. Flywheel fits my face way better!”

“Best sunglasses I've ever owned. I use them for trail running, cycling, mountain biking, and everyday use. In my experience, Smith customer service has also been amazing, would recommend 100%.”
“I picked up a pair of these and loved them for a short time. The lenses were nice and were easy to swap out when needed (used both the black and the clear). Very comfortable on the face with a great field of view.
That said, I had a crash (MTB) and the nose piece slid off of the frames and got lost in the dirt. I reached out to Smith directly as well as spoke to someone at their vendor tent at NW Tuneup and was told that they don't provide replacements/spares for sale and that I'd need to buy a brand new pair. It is absolutely insane that Smith cannot stock a small part that literally slides on and off the glasses and is probably lost by customers fairly frequently. Part costs less than $1 to make but instead I was told I need to buy a new pair at $220. I now have a $220 paperweight and will need to find another supplier with more support for their product.”

“These are perfect for backcountry skiing. On non-powder days, you don't need to bring goggles for the way down if you have Wildcats. On the way up, they breath well and don't fog. But have great coverage to protect your eyes. These are great for mountain biking too.”

“These sunglasses are awesome. Fit is a bit large but its perfect for ski touring, mtb, trail running,....and everything in between. Changing lenses is simple. I use the red mirror lens for most days. Buy them!”
“Wanted to use these for road/gravel/mountain biking, and ski touring. For all the hype and praise these glasses seem to get- I was left disappointed. Frame is really nice but for being a "big goggle style" glass- its really not that big. The lower/ outside frame is definitely in your field of vision and the little tabs that extend into the glass where the arms attach are really annoying in your field of view. The lens needs to extend lower and to the sides more (I have a very medium/ avg. size head). I had the red chromapop lens- really nice contrast and the colors do pop, however durability seems to be an issue- wiping fingerprints off with the provided bag left swirl/ very light scratch marks (had not even worn them outside). For the price I'd also like to see the chromapop amber or ignitor provided as the second lens- a clear lens has such limited utility so isn't much of a value add for me (and I would still have to spend another $80 on a high contrast/ low light lens). The case is of high quality and very nice. With the recent price increase and these issues, can't recommend these- hope they come out with an updated version.”

“Huge fan of these sunglasses. I've used them for paragliding and mountain biking. The red mirror is my lens of choice most of the time but I also have the black lens for those extra bright days. Picking up an extra lens gives you the added bonus of a small padded single lens carrier. I use this to hold the clear lens in my pack on mountain bike days that carry over into dusk. Switching out the lens might not be as easy as frames that have magnetics but its not too bad.
Some of the other sunglasses I've worn tend to move down my nose a bit when jostled and I find myself constantly correcting this when I get a free hand, which is very annoying. These always stay put and its been wonderful.
When paragliding these provide great coverage and block all / most of the wind from coming into my eyes. I feel like there is just enough air flow to stop them from fogging up but not nearly enough to even bother me.
Highly recommend these glasses.... if you are reading these reviews you are probably considering them so just do yourself a favor and pull the trigger.”
