“These glasses were purchased after I was diagnosed with a pinguecula in both eyes. I’ve had smiths before and always loved them. These are matted and sleek looking. I wear all the time now because they are the most protective glasses I have and they feel good on my face. They also stay on my face even when running or wearing sunblock on super hot days. Big big fan of these glasses. So much that I almost want to buy an extra pair in case they stop making them. Please don’t :). Highly recommend if you want a stylish pair of protective glasses you can wear to do basically everything.”

“I had a couple pair of smiths id had for about 12 years or so and was getting some delamination on the lenses (i had a third pair that was more like 20 years old with no prob at all) and they said they would give me a credit toward some new ones. Unlike most companies that give you some BS token amount that can’t by jack from their site, they gave me a REAL credit for each pair that allowed me to get two great pair for just about the shipping cost. I LOVE them. As I’ve loved every pair I’ve ever gotten from them. I got two pairs or the “guides choice XLs” altho they were for boating (i think?) and I’m a mountain biker. I’m sure their mountain bike specific are super functional and comfortable i just cant hand with those trucker looking wrap around mirrored glasses. Not for me. These “guides” are perfect- a bit of an oversized frame that dont let in ANY light. I got ones with composite lenses and ones with their “glass” like lenses. I will say i prefer from composite for gnarly mountain bike rides bc they are a little lighter and dont tend to slide down when i get sweaty etc. But i DEFFF recommend them highly. (Btw the ones i bought kinda look grey on the site but they are actually green)”
