“The lenses on my Guides delamed after about 8 years of use. Concerned that I obviously had no record of purchase from that far back, I went ahead with the online warranty claim. Long story short, It was of no concern. I filed the claim on Monday morning, and received my replacements on Friday with my only out of pocket cost being the Tax and Shipping. 100% positive experience, with both the product and service from Smith.”
