“A major upgrade from my 15 year old goggles. I paired them with a Smith Nexus helmet. I like the comparability and fit. I also like the ease of lens interchangeability along with the secondary mechanical locking feature for piece of mind.”

“The clarity is really good on these, and the range of vision is so good. I love being able to switch lenses depending on the conditions. They do scratch easily though, and make sure not to try to rub the lens if it's wet at all! They are very soft in that way so kind of temperamental.”

“Love the additional view! Riding for 25 years and have always been bothered by blind spots with goggles... 4D totally removes them and have 100% vision. Very good looking goggle with a great lens changing mechanism.”
“I have had 2 faulty lenses now from smith. Both have collected water between the lens layers on powder days- taking me off the mountain with fogging issues. The initial lens was warrantied- I had to pay for shipping $25 (so out of pocket for a faulty product)- the replacement lens also was not sealed and filled with water. (Note worn with a smith helmet- great compatibility). I’ve had multiple pairs of goggles over the years- First time with smith- and not impressed thus far. They are also looking to charge me another $25 shipping for second pair- so I’ll be out a total of $50 for shipping for their faulty product. For $400 goggles - really disappointed with my first ‘Smith’ Experience.”

“I am on my second pair of Smith I/O 4d Mag goggles and absolutely love them. They integrate so well with the Smith Eclipse helmet I have that even after a fall in Powder with snow everywhere my goggles and vision remain clear!”
