“Ordered these to replace my Deckboss RX that "ran their course"/lifespan. The fit of the Guides Choice RX is nearly identical to the Deckboss. The arms of the Guides Choice are slightly shorter than that of the Deckboss, but fit well.”
“Can't wear them. They make me dizzy walking when I look down at the ground. The reading prescription takes up the lower HALF of the lenses. That is half of the lenses seem to be the bifocal so it throws me off and are too dangerous to wear.

And the frames still are HUGE! I though Smith was going to come out with smaller frames?”
“I have the guides choice with prescription lenses and they are my favorite sunglasses. Excellent fit for my large face and the curvature and side protention is perfect. They work perfectly for kitesurfing EXCEPT, the lenses do not hold up in saltwater. It seems the lense coating gets compromised by saltwater. Now im wondering if I can get replacement Rx lenses for them.”

“So far so good. I’ve had the prescription Guides Choice for two weeks now. I like the way they fit and feel. Would have liked to seen more care instructions and directions on how to attach the leash.”
“Bought these glasses year and a half ago. They have been alright up until I dropped them. I was backing in a boat when they came off my head, fell, hit my running boards on the plastic frame, barley fell another 8 inches to pea gravel and shattered.
They wouldn’t cover it on warranty and said they don’t repair them and won’t even sell me a lens. Smith is useless! Don’t waste your money on these pieces of junk!”
