As soon as Laura from Snotty Noses was made aware she worked to resolve the issue with Australia Post (issue ultimately determined to be their complete error). She kept me informed along the way and resent the products which, now having had a chance to use, are so lovely! “I’ve been using sleepy head balm and the chest rub on my 6 yr old now for over a yr, the sleepy head balm specially has been a God send! My boy is autistic and sleeping was just not a thing he did, until we used sleepy head balm, now he calms after 15mins and sleeps all through out the night...finally we are all getting some well deserved sleep..
