“We purchased this combo (chesty rub and sleepy head balm) anticipating winter.
It didn’t take long before we had to use the chesty rub! It smells nice but still gentle, so I was happy to use it on my 9 month old baby. It also contains magnesium, which I love!
On days we don’t need the chesty rub we use the sleepy head balm. It smells wonderfully (of lavender and rose mainly) and contains magnesium helping the little ones to drift off to sleep. My almost 3 year old demands putting it on before bed and loves to sniff it! It isn’t a miracle cure for sleep refusing babies, but it definitely helps in the bedtime routine and has a soothing smell.”
“I can't say this has helped my 2.5 yr old to sleep through the night, but I have found that it helps to calm her down at bed time - she's usually still hyperactive and jumping on her bed or running around.
I apply a small amount after the bath, and then go through the routine of brushing teeth and reading a book. By bed time, she is calm enough to stay in her bed and not kick up too much of a fuss.”
