I am a retired neurologist with a long history of a benign cardiac arrhythmia. Even though not really life threatening my VPBs or ventricular premature beats cause symptoms of chest palpitations, along with pauses in the heart beat and some chest discomfort. If they last too long they are unsettling and because of my age and the presence of coronary artery disease I always fear a more dire prognosis. Recently after a prolonged bout of these palpitations I went to the ER at a cost of over $2,000 to be told it was my usual VPBs. I went on a search of a more practical and economic approach and found this EKGraph little gem and my wife bought for me for Valentines Day. I guess it is a matter of the heart after all! It does exactly what it says it does. Very compact, easy to use, and with extremely clear instructions. The tracings are easy to see which is important to me or any other health professional with a working knowledge of EKGs. Make sure that you follow the instructions and you will get accurate results. For a rhythm “strip” I liked the chest lead the most to keep movement to a minimum. I strongly recommend the EKGraph for screening and monitoring of simple cardiac arrhythmias. It is easy to synchronize with the app and send to anyone you want in seconds. It is well priced and since I travel a lot I will not be leaving home without it!

This works great! I had purchased a Kardia Band thinking it would be great, but it was not. I constantly had issues with it detecting. Then they shut it off, because I refused to pay them $10 a month for monitoring service! Sent it back and used the money to get the EKGraph! Absolutely the best decision I made. Easy to use. Syncs with my phone. No monthly fee! There are several on the market that look like this, but do not have the phone apps, so get this one

My cardiologist strongly suggested that I buy another brand EKG device to monitor my arrhythmia. After researching several products, including the one he recommended, my husband and I agreed that the SonoHealth Portable EKG monitor was a better option. First, because no monthly subscription is required. Also, the ability to transfer data to my phone, tablet and/or computer. When I got it a few days later, it was very simple to use. It just has a few pictures on the side of the box and that is clear enough to figure out how to use it. There is also a link to the website for downloading or reading info about the unit as well as connectivity. I had read in other reviews/suggestions that only one person could use/track data, but that is not so. The app can be installed on several devices, so if my hubby wants to record his data, he just uploads only that specific data to his device. I printed out several of the EKG reports for my cardiologist today, and he was pleased with them (even though he had recommended a different product). Also, SonoHealth contacted me a few days after receipt to be sure that all was going well, and solicited my feedback/comments. Very good proactive customer service. Having used it several days now, I have had readings of "no abnormalities", "arrhythmia", skipped heartbeat and a few others, but I think those had to do with my unexpected movement during the 30 second reading. Overall, this is a GREAT product and we are glad to have made the purchase.

As a designer, I was impressed right out of the box how simple the complete package was: Elegant design, presentation and simple intuitive operation. Better yet, it works! Pairing it with my phone to download my reports was flawless and practically automatic. I sent a test email message to myself and My EKG was in full view ready to forward to my doctor. Of course you can send directly to your doctor too—via the app. Charging was easy and the battery seems to last a long time after numerous uses. I love being proactive in my own health and in helping my doctor monitor my condition. She suggested another major brand, but I am glad I chose this one and am looking forward to telling her about this very reasonably priced and effective alternative.

This is it! No need to look further. There are no monthly subscription fees or other added cost. I'm an RN with advance cardiac life support skills. I can tell you this device is simple to use and provides excellent EKG/ECG strips to read. You can take readings from different leads depending how you place the monitor. By using Sonohealth App you can sync to your smartphone via Bluetooth or connect to your PC with provide USB cable. Then you can send EKG/ECG recording by emailing it to your healthcare provider.

I bought the SonoHealth EKGraph monitor to monitor my heartbeat and waveform at home. I had developed Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVC). Those completely messed up my hearts ability to pump and resulted in fluid buildup around the lungs. RF ablation therapy was only partially successful. I purchased the EKGraph to have a higher quality EKG capability at home. The online sales literature described the monitor but I was still surprised at the small size. The packaging came with minimal instructions but with a single control (on/off button), a reference to the cell phone app, and the web site to download the quick start guide it was adequate. The unit paired using Bluetooth easily. The onscreen display is clear. Color coding of the trace is intuitive. There was a default monitor time of ten seconds with two other time options selectable from the application and uploaded to the monitor. I’m very pleased with the unit and the end to end ease of use. Complaints: 1. Very little tech data provided so be prepared to print out that which is available online. 2. I haven’t found away to change the vertical range of the application display or the sensitivity of the monitor.

After doing some research and reading reviews, I purchased the EKGraph and have not been disappointed. The product is solid and compact, perfect for traveling. I love that it can be charged via USB and it lasts for days with multiple readings taken daily. The EKGraph is so simple to operate. Hold the Start button for a few seconds to power up and make sure that the leads are touching your skin at the proper points. The instructions on the SonoHealth website make it very clear on how to use the product. Make sure to stay still during the test and, better yet, sit down for a few minutes before taking the reading. I had wildly different results when standing vs. sitting. The display is easy to read, indicates a green line when the test is in progress, and provides a 30 second countdown to completion. The mobile app is similarly easy to install, configure, and operate. I like the ability to sync results only when you want to. I was also impressed that the app includes a Glossary of terms that helps steer you in the right direction should you need to do more research. I haven't had to contact support, which is a good sign in itself, but it appears from reading product reviews and forum postings that SonoHealth cares very much about it's product quality as well as customer experience.
