“I have had a subscription for nearly a year now and I have had issues with half of them. Not to mention the whole transition of the rebrand. During this time my address was changed and the email responding to it was just confusing but given that they are based in a different country than me I can understand somewhat but they also deleted my birthday which then passed so I have to wait another year for the reward, which is a kind thing they do so while I am disappointed it isn't like I really lost something I paid for. For all of the issues I had to drop it a star and have seriously considered canceling but the quality and quantity you get for your money is worth waiting 2-3 months while you see so many posts from other people enjoying their box.”

I enjoyed that one so much that I ordered the previous month's and everything to have the contents of the boxes for the 3 months before that. “I've been a subscriber for close to 2 years and the magic of S&T never ceases to delight me. Each Elves or Disney box features yet another new combination of resin molds, glitters and dyes (and resin, of course). As if the abundant tutorials on YouTube by the S&T community were not enough, their Facebook group allows you access to instant answers to questions regarding the kit or using resin in general. It's also a fun place to showcase your creativity without any drama. You can choose to skip the upcoming box at any time by going to your subscription portal. In fact, you can skip as many boxes as you choose without any penalty whatsoever (except for FOMO, of course). I am truly grateful for the Herculean efforts that the staff at S&T puts into each box. I can't wait to see what you have planned for us, Sophie & Toffee!”
“I remember I was sub on a Regular Box at first But when they said that they will be offering Premium Box with lots of Japan goodies, I upgraded my subscription in a heartbeat, coz I love anything Japan items. But then it change due to that it did not meet the other subbies expectations. I guess, each have its own :) I was a bit sad but it‚Äôs okay, coz the Premium Box is also awesome and offer lots of goodies with good savings! Yes! The good savings that I was referring here is you really can save ‚Äúa lot‚Äù like almost 50% off. So not only you get to have the first dibs of the item before store release but you also save! Their subscription boxes are shipping fee inclusive! Imagine how much are shipping cost nowdays, specially when pandemic strikes (TAT) And also! The molds are always great quality and their customer service is so nice!
