“Great looking boots however they did not fit well. I am a UK 6 and I ordered a 6 which were too small. I returned and ordered a 7. They were huge! Far too big even with socks and so I have had to return those as well. I don't understand the big difference in sizes. It has been expensive paying for for delivery and returns amounting to nearly £20. Such a shame as the boots look great and are a great price”

“Ordered online. Boots arrived but the inner sole of the left hand boot is not fitted flat and has two large lumps in the sole. This made the boot very uncomfortable so I have returned them. Although I can see sign of being refunded the postage which cost me £12 I should surely be entitled to this where the goods are faulty.”

“Still have not got my order tex 5 time only one reply. phoned 3 time told to phone back your to busy to answer. told that my call would cost me money. you got the order right that's all .taken my money £74 ten days ago. Total rubbish company.”

“I found the boots by chance when looking for some field boots. Extremely good value and quality, perfect sizing. Really impressed. In fact I brought a second pair in a different style and again very impressed at the value, size fitting and quality”

“Really great boots, very disappointed that I am unable to get a refund in my local store and have to pay for the return. Most large companies pay for the return or allow you to get a refund in store. So product great but not sure I will be buying online again.”
