“Excellent boot. Shall not be ordering on line again though. Cost me £13 to return first pair which were too small. You've lost a customer Sports Direct. Wasn't allowed to return them to store.”

“Comfortable, sturdy and seem weatherproof. The drawstring at the top does not pull the boot in much but it does not make them loose as a result.”

“Ordered a size 7 more like a size 5!!! So today I collected a pair of boots that I had ordered online from your Inverness store, which I had to pay to be delivered to the store - (unusual) tried on in store unfortunately too small go to return them and the advisor says I can only get store credit! Very strange I ask for a manager he then comes over and tells me that they do not accept any returns from online unless your prepared to take store credit - (convenient) if I want my money back I have to return them via post ok so I ask him to sellotape the bag up for me and I'll go to the post office now and do that, he then tells me oh but you'll have to pay, I will give you this number to call and you can get free postage - (0344 245 9230) brilliant!! I thought! I should think so too after all of this! So I leave return home and call it only to have to deal with a female advisor who literally sounded like she was reading from a manual, refused to give me any free postage!! Even though I explained that the manager had said I would get this! I asked to speak to another manager she puts me on hold for 5mins to come back and tell me there is no manager available! I left her my name/number still waiting for that call back!! It seems that as a company you have zero customer care, and a pretty poor policy all round. The boots were £65 so today I have packaged them up and sent them off which cost me a further £20!! Shocking service! And will be my first and last time shopping here online or in a store!! In this day an age it baffles me how any companies can treat their customers in such a way!! Very disappointing!”
