HI Wendy - thanks for your order and our apologies for the delay on the order. The parts were backordered with Hunter at the time of ordering - it looks like the parts were showing out of stock on the website and our system kicked out an email to you notifying of the backorder as well. It did take an ususually long period of time for those to arrive from Hunter.
