“Before I ordered the Hunter Wireless Rain Sensor, I used the site's online Chat service to decide if this product would work in my installed sprinkler system. Responses were quick and accurate, indicating a drop-in replacement, so I placed the order. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and contained exactly what the Chat service described. Wireless sensor was indeed a drop-in replacement, with receiver-transmitter wireless pairing already completed at the factory, so all I did was swap out the old unit with the new unit (wire-for-wire). Sensor works as advertised and the installation didn't disturb my existing sprinkler program. I'm pleased with the Sprinkler Store and expect to use them again for repairs of this sort.”
