Hi MR! Thanks for the feedback. The mix “should” be perfectly blended- however sometimes the seasonings do settle. Please try putting the lid on tight, and hold it on with your finger while you shake the tin vigorously. This should help re-mix the seasoning in the event the lighter pepper flakes all wound up on the top. Happy Cooking!
