“I am currently on the OPTAVIA 5 and 1 program. I like to bake chicken and salmon for my 1 lean and green meal and used the Dash of Desperation on my chicken. It was delicious!!! I also tried the WOK Seasoning and liked it as well. Stacey's seasonings give protein that kick of flavor that I really enjoy!! Look forward to trying them all.”
