“I am absolutely blown away by the customer service of the Stand Desk team and quality, finish and sturdiness of these desks. Bought 2, 1500x800 desks for our home office. The Blackwash bamboo finish with the industrial steal really looks stunning and because my husband is very tall (2m) these desks are ideal for his height and allows him to stand and work too. The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless and easy to complete. They are easy and quick to assemble (would highly recommend using a power tool!). When adjusted the desk is very quiet and it saves your pre-set heights for quick adjustments. The cable management is a huge pro as we have multiple screens attached to Loctek brackets on the desks. Can highly recommend these desks for both office and home use!”
“Really enjoying the desk and especially the mat! What a difference it makes.
Down side is that the desk came in 3 parts - all of which were delivered separately and over the space of 3 days. Was impossible to know when I had to be home to get it into the house. When the tabletop was delivered on the Monday it was just left at the front door for the world to see until I found out about it and wished home to make sure it wasn’t stolen. More of the couriers responsibility which I was disappointed about.”
“Stand Desk arrived within 5 days of ordering (not bad considering it was right before Christmas). The setup was straight forward - the video was helpful, but I think some paper instructions should also come with it.
Desk works well, the speed it moves up and down is good, and its not too noisy. The cable management is great too - makes for a tidy desk :)
One small annoyance, the charging pad is only held in place by double sided tape - it has fallen down twice now. I think the cutout for it should be a "snug" fit rather than oversized, this combined with the double sided tape would hold it in place better
I would recommend Stand Desk, and I will not hesitate to buy again for staff if the need arises”
“Firstly, I ordered the Desk One Day, it was here the next. Top marks for delivery.
The Box was undamaged so transport went well as well, sometimes super speedy deliveries have a downside, this one didn't.
The Downside about the desk was that some of the pieces were bent and warped (Despite the box being undamaged.) so it seems someone missed something during QA.
This was pretty much the only problem that made the desk hard to setup.
This was also the only bad part about it, because after I mentioned it to Stand Desk, they sent out a replacement part the very next day.

All and all, great desk, great service, great delivery - only let down was missing something in QA, otherwise, brilliant!
