“I was skeptical about getting the FlexPro Hero 37" mostly because of the price. I had been waiting to pull the trigger on a standing desk converter because the options I was looking at cost over twice as much. I contacted Stand Steady Customer service before I purchased to ask about the return policy. They told me that they absolutely stand behind their product, and they would pay to have it shipped back if I didn't love it as long as I kept the original packaging. Order was placed. It was delivered faster than I expected and as a moderately handy person it took me a whole 5 minutes to put it together by myself with the tools provided. It works perfectly for me with a monitor stand on the top. I am 5'3", and I can see how a much taller person may have some trouble with the proportions. The keyboard stand does not adjust independently of the top of the desk, so the farther your head is from your hands the more room you would likely need. I would say it is a great value for the money.”
