What I did not like was the fact that it arrived with two of the screws falling off the top shelf and the involved process of aligning the screw holes and screwing in the bolts for the top shelf and the lower keyboard shelf in the metalwork was warped, Making it very difficult to attach the keyboard tray. One important suggestion would be to allow for a negative tilt to the keyboard tray or an adjustment to the keyboard tray that allows for tilting it”
