“Very expensive for the low quality of glass. Several pieces of glass have broken and some have exploded and flew out of the fireplace. Not very safe when people around or especially kids. All the black glass are not all the same color, there are some that are all black and others that are a metallic color that gives off a rainbow Hugh. I could’ve saved a lot of money buying glass from a different place with the same poor quality. Definitely not worth the price.”

“We were very excited about these fire diamonds and they looked like exactly what we wanted for our fire features. The problem is that they began exploding after just a few minutes of being heated up, sending scalding-hot shards of glass all over our yard and furniture. My wife was burned by the glass to the point of blistering. Very dangerous and I strongly warn you to stay away from this product.”

“Very nice fire pit weighs a ton but came as expected. Lead time would be my only gripe but worked out timing wise due to the flat work I was having done was delayed.”

“The diamond glass is great. The order process and trying to get Starfire Direct to correct a portion of my order lost in FedEx maze was disappointing. Links on the web page for order problems directed me to a "no-reply" email address. Three calls made before I was given to someone in Cust. Service who owned and fixed the problem. Response on my first call was for me (the customer) to work with FedEx on the problem.”
