“The Statik 360 looks amazing, however none of the pictures show how it charges. Is it a USB end? And so then how is it portable? I am very disappointed that you don't answer the phone number posted on the website. I hate that. People have said you have great customer service. How? I am only rating the customer service in this review because I can't get ahold of anyone. If I actually order the product, I will review.”

“Not a bad cord, I enjoy the way it bends, but not only are the magnets weak and easy to accidentally knock off\disconnect, but it's the slowest cord I own. On a good charger, my phone takes one hour. On this, it takes easily 3-5 hours. I don't think it's totally worth it unless you maybe have a fast charging block, but even then it's iffy.”
“The bag the cable arrived in had been crushed during transit. Every part in the bag was damaged so badly that none of it could be used. It was the fault of the courier, but a box rather than a bag would have avoided the problem. I contacted Statik with pictures and they have dispatched a replacement. It hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t comment on the condition of the replacement yet.”
