“The product is very low quality, the magnet will randomly stop charging my phone so when I leave my phone charging overnight I end up waking up to a dead phone. The magnet is fine but it attracts all sorts of gunk (as magnets do). Overall great idea less then great execution not worth $17 at all.”

We're the wrong USB ports sent? I even tried it on my daughter's apple tablet and that USB don't fit either!”

The only way to get in touch with customer service is through email and it takes 3 to 4 business days to get back to you. If the cords and tips live up to your hype, this review will be changed, but your customer service has a ways to go”

We can see here that you purchased both the regular Statik 360° cables and tips, as well as our Statik 360° pro. The reason why they don't match is because the PRO version of the Statik 360° has some new features like data transfer.
