“I was very pleased when this product arrived, and it worked as advertised for about a month. BUT, after that period the performance suffered greatly, and now it is worse than any regular charging cable, with 6 or 7 hours charge rates from 20% to full. I bought 3 cables, and they are all this way. Not sure what happened, but not pleased anymore with this product”
“I had to wait a long time to recieve product to start off with and customer service was very slow regarding that, Product was great to start off with, also good for someone that has for example a disability with their hands, charged at a normal rate I'd say even though I have a original Samsung fast charger and now I have to keep tweeking the cable to make it work, I either get a yellow sign with an explanation mark pop up or I get another sign saying use a supported charger or make sure cable isn't damaged, I have 2 in use of these in different rooms soo not like they travel with me they are just left in the plugs ready for usaged, 2 of these are doing that and the 3rd is still in packet so don't know about that one yet is in my spare draw. Although I do think these are practical I just wish they'd work properly! And I havnt had them that long! So really not happy atm”
