“I purchased this because I was tired of having to replace a cord every week. I recieved it, and was excited to start using it. That excitement turned to disgust and anger. Not only did this worthless piece of excrement NOT charge my phone, but, actually discharged my phone. I wrote to support only to be told that I probably didn't have it seated properly into the charge port. I did not like the condescending attitude that came across in te email. I have not used this cord in three weeks or more, but have had to buy two more charger cords. My advice, save your money and don't buy these chargers, they are worthless.”

While charging with this cable my charge time is significantly greater than with my original cable. Both times through the same, original manufacturer charging brick.
In fact it is so slow that that I had to return to my original cable to finish the charge.

“First off this does not work with Apple CarPlay. Make sure you realize that. Secondly, it already has started to fall apart and so I can’t use it at all. Thirdly, I’ve contacted this company several times for a refund and cannot get anywhere. I would definitely not recommend anyone purchasing from this company.”
“Not Sure if 2 or 3 Stars. The Product itself is amazing. BUT theres no disclaimer That this cable Cant exchange data. So for example android auto does Not work with it. Also You cant exchange files onto your PC wich is Not That Bad cause You can Remove the cable for That. But because i Use android auto every Day i Would have to Remove the plug every time i drive which is really annoying. So there should be at least a disclaimer That this cable i ONLY for charging and Not for data exchange.”

“I was so excited for this charger and I got it in the mail today. the first 30 minutes were fine, but now it will not stay charging it starts charging and then stops immediately after. I don’t know if it’s damaged or if I’m doing something wrong, but a charging cable seems pretty self explanatory”
“First of all, this is a brilliant idea! It decreases the wear and tear to a device caused by repeatedly putting the plug in and pulling it out. It’s universal, which speaks for itself. It allows a fair amount of frictionless, stressless movement while charging a device in use. I bought several cables for work and home. The first one broke in a few days, but I figured maybe I did something, or it was just a defective one, or my cat chewed it, or something (though there was no evidence of that). I was still a big fan. I used them exclusively for a few months on my Galaxy phone, iPad and a couple of small appliances, but they eventually started to fail. I am cognizant that other chargers I’ve had lasted far less time, but I had super high hopes for these. I recently decided to upgrade to the latest iPhone. The very first time I charged it, I touched the connection and it was burning hot. I feared I had damaged a brand new device! Fortunately, utilizing the standard Apple charging cable worked fine, and there was no heat issue. I have 2 cables left, but I am afraid to use them on my iPhone or iPad, now. I want to reiterate that this is a brilliant idea that I am still a fan of, but my field test on longevity was not optimal. I’m hoping for an improved design iteration and I’d be willing to try again.”
