“We just purchased a Z rack. I don't like pictures as directions but once I verified that all the parts were included. Everything just started working and less than 30 mins I had a completed Z rack that I've already started using. Will need to buy another one”

“I ordered 2 of these 3 weeks ago. When they arrived, I complained that they were not right. I sent photos, and told them that they can't be properly assembled. So they sent me 1 more, to replace the 2 I had paid for (yes, that is bad math on their part). Now I have 3 of them, and none of them can be assembled, so they asked if I want them to send me 2 more. UGH! NO! I want YOU to figure out why the product is supposed to hold 300-400 hundred pounds, but it can't even support the weight of it's own cross bar. THEN you can send me components that actually CAN be assembled. The bracket does not have anything to keep it on the post - a hole is drilled in the bracket, but there is no matching hole in the post, or hardware to attach it with. I suppose it is just supposed to HOVER there, while supporting a few hundred pounds worth of clothing??? There is nothing to "grip" the vertical post. No teeth, no rubber, no screw hole. Nothing that "clamps" the bracket on snuggly. Serious Design Flaw? Or maybe they just sent mismatched parts? Who knows, because they just can't seem be be able to figure out what to do, except send me more... just as screwed up. So far, almost everything I have purchased from this company has been missing at least one part, or they send me the totally wrong item. They must employ all of the high school drop outs they can!”

“I bought this product for my dress store. It is a little shorter than my other one and has 2 brackets that hold it together instead of the premolded L shape that slips over the side poles. But it was sturdy and worked as intended. Would definitely purchase another! Great price!”

“This is a great rack, both sturdy and easy to maneuver. Assembly was fairly straightforward and can be completed by one person. Had to contact the company for a missing part (carrier damaged the box). Service was great and the part was received quickly. Will definitely return for future purchases.”
