“I bought this, but have not had a chance to hang anything on it. The mechanism to hold the cross bar on the uprights does not look very stable I is just a screw that puts pressure on the uprights. I once had a toilet paper holder that worked on the same principle and it did not work. I had to jury rig a new way to hand it.”

“When we tried to put the smaller screws in to tighten and secure the top bar, they did not fit in the holes provided. We thought we got it tight enough without them but when we put clothes on them, all the bars moved down the sides. We are looking for screws that will fit in the holes to secure them. You might want to check and see if the correct screws are being shipped. If the correct screws were sent, I'd rate this very high! But as it is, we can't use it.”

“I ordered 5 of these plus an extra hang rail bar. 4 came, the 5th + the rail bar didn't. I made the mistake of ordering 5 more from the same company because the price is better than anywhere. The next order arrived damaged (see the pic) so I didn't accept the order. So the racks are sitting in a FedEx warehouse somewhere I guess. I sent an email so storesupply.com and have gotten no response. NEVER AGAIN. Next time I'll just pay the extra $20 and get them from Home Depot.”

“I purchased 27 Z-racks to hang clothing on to transport to our thrift store in another building. To say the least, I have 12 still in working order and the same peices that I put together when first received. I have another 5 using the peices from the other ten that have fallen apart.... The welding at each corner of the Z bends or tears off from the base.”
