“I purchased this rack for my in home boutique. With it I also purchased the middle bar (15-17usd) I can not use the add on item as advertised because my top row of clothing hits the bar. If I lower the bar the bottom row hits the floor. It's very disappointing”

“Recently purchased this garment rack, it was easy to assemble (took my husband about 15min without instructions). It looks great, I was afraid at first that it would be too industrial but it actually looks nice in the room. It is very sturdy, I am currently using it as a "closet" and plan to use it in the laundry room once we move into a bigger space. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I removed one star because I thought it would have been nice if it had come with instructions for assembly.”

“This is a very sturdy product -- much better than the average, EXCEPT that the cross rail is too short, as others have also commented. The cross rail is not long enough to fit into the clamps provided that attach to the uprights. The clamps have holes and screws provided to secure the cross rail, but the rail is not long enough to secure. It literally hangs precariously balanced on the edges of the clamps. Totally unusable in that state. Will have to go purchase a piece of metal pipe that is long enough to make it work. Disappointing. Haven't checked on the guarantee, but I can tell you it is too heavy (a good thing! as this rack is excellent if it worked!) and cumbersome to ship back for a refund. And it is true, the packaging is flimsy -- arrived somewhat torn. No instructions are included; however, they are easily found in the Q & A section for this item.”

“Very happy with product, even though the box was damaged and top was open. Also delivery company put it in my yard without knocking on my door to let me know it was there. Also, I was surprised that there were no instructions included to help me or show me how to put it together. Had to go back and search for it on the company website. Overall, satisfied, product as described and delivered fast. Really did not need to pay extra for 2 day shipping because product showed up over the weekend, earlier than promised.”

“I just received the six z racks I ordered on time. The problem is that you changed the top bar. I have 16 racks that I have purchased from various places and none of them have the convoluded system of screws on each side of the uprights. This defeats my purpose for having the racks. I would have not have purchased them if I knew the top bar did not fit in the uprights.”
