“INSTRUCTIONS would really be nice to put it together. Also if the top bar was 3" longer you could secure it with a set screw. We pushed the top in more then it should have been to get a set screw in and hopefully it will work. We are going to change the top bar with something longer and more durable. I am going to use it for special occasion overflow dresses.”

“I purchase this product and had to return it because it was too large for my home. I'm not happy with you return policy because there's no shipping return cost. I had to $52.10 to return the product. So now I'm out of pocket a total of $88.90 just on shipping alone. That is $10.00 less then what I paid for my product.”

“I wanted extra hanging space to store bulky coats in my basement, and this works well. It's also on wheels so you can move it around - in my case, it's in a small space and need to access other items around it. While the company corrected the problems, it was a bit of a mess - they sent all kinds of wrong parts and no hardware so first we had to sort out what belonged and then wait for the correct hardware to arrive. So not a flawless transaction”

“I received my rack and rail last week. unfortunately, I had to google the setup instructions because they were not included in the package. however, once I was able to get it assembled, it has exceed my expectations in many ways. size, sturdiness and value.it is bigger than some of the others I have seen around. I am glad I ordered the rail for an extra level to hang shorter clothes. no worries about hanging too much or tipping over. love it!”

“I like the rack very much. It meets the needs of our organization for storing robes. However, I can't understand why the company doesn't include instructions. Who sends out something to be put together without instructions or even a packing list. It took longer to put together than it would have had we had instructions. This is why I am giving this 4 stars vs 5. How hard/costly can it be to include instructions!”
