“I bought this clothing rack and it arrived last week. At first I was a little worried when the box arrived pretty beat up...there were no instructions inside. When I called the 800 number the rep was super nice and emailed us the instructions immediately. We had it assembled within 5 minutes...super happy!”

“the rack is ok,however i could not put it together because it did not have all the pieces.this was not the rack i ordered but got this one instead. they told me i could send it back but i would have to pay for shipping even though it was their mistake.i was going to return it except the shipping was almost 50.00 dollars.so now i am stuck with this rack that i cant use because it can't be assembled. customer service is useless.so i ordered another rack from a different company and i will be doing business with them from now on”

“The racks came lightning fast, and are super strong! The castors and wheels move smoothly even with a couple hundred pounds of clothes on the rack!”

“Bought 2 of these and I am very happy with them. They hold quite a bit. If you are having to assemble these by yourself they are not that easy, but with 2 people it isn't bad.”
