“The order was a tad slow but not bad considering covid and the fact that they printed our art work on the bag. Totally cute and my customers love them!”
“I originally ordered the Kraft bags with my logo on them but when the approvals dept. sent what it would look like I didn’t like it so I asked if I could see what it would look like on a black bag and we agreed on the black bag I got my shipment in the mail and the bags were the brown Kraft bags. If the black bags were more than the Kraft all they had to do was send me the price diff. I was very disappointed so I called store supply which was last week and I was suppose to get a call back from the print dept. and I haven’t received a call yet. I had to go out and buy plain bags just so my customers would have bags to carry out. At this point I just want a refund.”
