“My bags came in my logo is royal blue and the ink on the logo looks purple blue and they have lines all over the print I called and was supposed to be replaced and they said 2 days you will receive an email for proof before made again and still waiting for 1 week I need my bags done or just a refund”
“The text is very crooked on about half the bags . I'm a bit disappointed. I usually have quality from this company . I'll still order again, just disappointed in these . Waiting on my next order to see how that looks .”
“I have not received my order.
I ordered on dec 1 and was notified on the 28th that one of the bags i ordered was out of stock, why would you wait that long to inform me.
I was also told my other order that is in stock has not been shipped with no reason.
then I was sent another email the my PayPal info dropped off and so I could no longer use that form of payment and that I needed to call in a new payment before my items were shipped. When i explained i wanted to use PayPal i was told not an option now. Come on... Not a great experience.”
