I first learned about the brand through review website. At that time I was searching for a cheap diving watch, in particular the casio marlin, which was a good value. It compares marlin with the stuhrling. This christmas I finally decided to buy stuhrling Regatta which to my surprise a very good watch instead. Although it has a 3rd party mechanical movement (Jap's Miyota) but the overall quality was very impressive. The watch has a good build and good finishes. The heavy build has a solid feel and the movement is quite precise. Although it isnt comparable to a swiss made or a GS, but for the price that I was paying, i think it is a pretty good deal. The only set back was the shipping that took more than 15 days to arrive in Malaysia. Aside from the long wait, I find no flaw and couldnt think of other reason not to buy again. Good job!

The watch looks and feels like a first quality piece. Very well finished, great materials, great looks. The only issue I can complain right now is that the date indicator needs to be adjusted with 24 hours moving of the time adjusting mechanism (at least I didn't find another way), different to other (even cheaper) watches that have a second position of the crown to adjust date.

Good price as automatic's tend to be $$ but I think Worth the extra cost. Quality is just as good maybe equal to my TAG.

Outstanding value! The watch is very well made. The strap is solid stainless steel. The weight of this piece adds to its feel of being well made. Classic diver design allows for both casual and dress occassions.

Pros: Great price and reliable and accurate automatic movement Cons: Nowhere on the website or in the manual did it mention this watch can be hand wound with the crown and that the crown is also a screw down. I like the fact that it is a screw down, but I thought I was going to break the thing when I tried pulling it out like the manual says to.

It arrived in the post today, I went straight down to get the band adjusted. So far, I’m very impressed with the quality, truly value for money. I like to purchase from brands that aren’t so mainstream. I’ll see how it holds time and based on that I will purchase more from Stuhrling. :)
