Ordered 6 plants they all came very dry as expected when ordering plants online, all of them hydrated well except tradescantia its lower leaves were dry brown and dead the 2 upper leaves were Browning on the tipsand continued to turn brown till the whole plant turned brown and died. I emailed succulent depot to request a replacement but got no response, will not be purchasing from this company any longer as the customer service is very poor if they can't stand behind their product. I guess a $5 cutting is to much from the bottom line of their profit margin ...very unhappy

My order was put in a mailbox in 115 degree weather so by the time I was able to get it they were so dried out and almost dead wouldn’t order again without a front delivery guarantee

I was very disappointed that it wasn't even sent in a small container? When I opened the paper wrapping this is how it was sent....? Basically a hot mess that I had to gingerly brush off the soil that was heavily coating this tender plant. I will not order from them again.

It’s a cutting which is fine. Arrived dehydrated and buried in dirt. Cleaned it up and potted it properly. Doing ok now. Needed some TLC.
