“The plant did not come in a pot, it was loose dirt which came apart when I opened the package. The plant was four stick and loose dirt, nothing that matched the picture. I was and am still disappointed.”

“I was excited to know that these plants could be shipped, and they arrived on the estimated day. I followed the procedure that is explained on your website for 2" #A plants. As you can see by the photo, two have survived, but one has not. The two that have survived, though, do not look as healthy as the photo you show on the website.”

“It arrived with mostly yellow leaves. I'm trying to revive it but I don't think it will make it. Please replace this one with a healthy one. I'm pleased with all the other purchases”
