“This was one of two Korean Succulents I bought (weirdly can't review the other one, maybe because it is sold out?) I suppose this is my fault, but I didn't consider the implications of the disclaimer in the description: "You will receive a very similar plant to the one shown in the photos; shape and color may vary" I've ordered dozens of plants online and never had one arrive so differently from what is pictured. They weren't kidding about the color. That was what drew me to a lot of items on the site, but now knowing the colors shown in photos have no bearing on the plant you will actually get, I think i'll be shopping elsewhere. All the plants I ordered arrived with pots (which I wasn't expecting given the "we commit to shipping bare roots" part of the description I did read), but the soil was so dry they had all fallen out of them and were loose in the newsprint they were wrapped in, so I did repot them. Not going to fight for a return or anything because like I said, the description did warn the color would be different, but the difference is drastic enough that I was pretty dissapointed with my order.”

“It was practically dead when it arrived. Put it in soil and hoping for the best. Things don't look too bright, though. By dead I mean completely yellowed and done for. i know plants undergo stress when being shipped, but this was in horrible condition from the start it seems.”

“It came very wilted and sad looking, hardly any roots. I was really disappointed. They look they stepped on. I'm not confident they'll live.”

“These were all tried up upon receipt and I have baied them or months to no aail. I paid a lot to receive nothing in the end. I would love to get a reund.”
