“Due to plant being shipped during holiday they froze even with purchased heat pack. Received apology for their shipping error via text, but they didn’t replace plants. Poor customer service in fixing their admitted errors. Sorry is not good enough, buyer beware!”

“Shipped plant over holiday, only to sit during transit. Purchased heat pack was no help due to carelessness with shipment. They apologized and I received frozen plants. Asked if they could make it better however did not replace plants due to their error. I got an apology and they got my money. Buyer beware! Poor customer service in fixing their admitted errors.”
