“I ordered a few of these...half arrived in poor condition. Been struggling & slowly dying since. I did get a $7 credit so I'm happy that they gave me something. I do love their plants & just got a bad one out of many good orders.”

“There were only 1 thimble an inch tall, and 4 that were smaller than my pinky nail. I almost mist seeing them they were so small and had fallen out of the pot so at first thought it was just a pile of dirt.”

“The plant had fallen out of its pot, bone dry so the dirt was like powder and all over the box. The plant was smushed and flat and the leaves are half brown. It looks awful!”
