“While the main part of the cactus came with roots, the extensions from the cactus had all fallen off and were just lying in the wrapped paper. I have tried to plan each individual extension separately and hopefully, they will all grow roots, however, I am a bit disappointed that the plant did not come intact.”

“This does not look like the plant I ordered at all. This is a very muted pink and has the bottom half of the leaves missing. I wanted the hot pink plant from the pictures.”

“I wish my plant looked like the picture you show above. I was disappointed to find it in the box with no pot, soil or way that the roots were kept protected. There were almost as many dead leaves as live. I plucked it, potted and fed it in hopes of reviving the poor thing. Tried to contact you via phone but that wasn’t possible. I am very disappointed. Have my doubts that this plant will survive and I feel I deserve a refund. Ilese Stevens”
