“Ive purchased from them before and I was happy with the condition of the plants, but this time it came with a lot of the leaves knocked off of it likely from transit. Some falling off is understandable, but this was a lot of them b leaving whole stems almost entirely bare. I understand there is only so much that can be done by how the postal service handles a package but it is also the responsibility of the seller to take extra care in packaging to minimize the damage. There is another succulent retailer I’ve ordered quite a bite from before and their plants always arrive in great condition because you can tell they take extra care with how they package them. This purchase was not great and it’s disappointing because this time it was not for me but a gift for someone else and it did not arrive nicely for them.”

“Might have been a nice little cactus but was shipped without a pot and arrived a mess. I don’t understand why cacti places ship with out pots. Cactus are hard to put back together. That pot doesn’t weigh much. Leave them in pots!”

“My Christmas cactus made it to me without being frozen or anything, but did not make it in one piece. I’m a little disappointed in the packaging to be honest. I thought that they would be in much better shape when they got to me. We’ll see how they make out from here, not feeling super confident. I stuck the broken clades back into the soil upon advice from a few other Christmas cactus owners.”

“I never received my package - I reached out to customer service 4 days ago and they still haven't gotten back to me which is disappointing. USPS says it arrived but it never did.”

“The plant was not in the soil pot when it arrived. I placed it into the soil immediately but it shriveled up & died.”
